About

Tommee Tippee, a leading global baby products brand, needed a steady stream of engaging social media content to drive product sales and build stronger connections with their primary audience: mothers. The resulting digital materials successfully strengthened brand loyalty by creating emotionally resonant content that connected deeply with parents. These assets boosted visibility and engagement on social channels, contributed to increased product sales through targeted promotion, and reinforced the brand’s position as a trusted partner in parenting.

The Challenge

The project required designing regular posts that strictly followed brand guidelines while highlighting the functionality, care, ease, safety, and trust embedded in products like bottles, pacifiers, and feeding accessories. A key difficulty was collaborating closely with copywriters to craft relatable, heartfelt messaging that resonated emotionally with parents, ensuring every visual and textual element felt authentic, nurturing, and sales-oriented in a competitive parenting market.

The Solution

We developed a series of creative, visually appealing digital materials for social media, consistently aligned with Tommee Tippee’s brand identity to promote products effectively and foster emotional bonds with mothers.

Our approach to the digital design and creative direction included:

  • Brand-Aligned Concept & Visual Development
    Created concepts and designs that adhered to Tommee Tippee’s established guidelines, focusing on warm, approachable aesthetics with soft colors, clean layouts, and product-centric imagery to convey care and reliability.

  • Product Highlight & Storytelling
    Designed posts that showcased key items—such as bottles, pacifiers, and feeding accessories—through compelling visuals emphasizing real-world benefits like ease of use, safety features, and nurturing support for babies and parents.

  • Copy-Design Collaboration & Messaging Integration
    Worked hand-in-hand with the copywriter to integrate heartfelt, mother-focused copy with visuals, ensuring messaging felt personal and trustworthy (e.g., themes of comfort, peace of mind, and joyful parenting moments) for maximum emotional impact.

  • Deliverables & Format
    Produced a library of ready-to-post social media assets (static posts, stories, carousels) optimized for platforms like Instagram and Facebook—delivered in high-resolution formats for seamless scheduling and campaign rollout.
