Domain Mall, a family-oriented shopping destination in Hong Kong, needed to strengthen its online presence and better connect with its core audience of families. The resulting digital materials effectively boosted the mall’s online visibility and family connection, showcasing events and offers in an inviting way. Through consistent, cheerful visuals and community-oriented messaging, the content helped increase awareness, encourage foot traffic, and foster greater interaction with the mall’s family-focused offerings.
The goal was to create engaging digital content that promoted events, special offers, workshops, performances, and seasonal activities in a way that felt lively, welcoming, and community-focused. We needed to encourage more visits and interaction without relying on overly sales-driven tones, ensuring the brand resonated authentically with families.
A series of vibrant social media posts and a visually appealing event calendar were designed. The content used bright, family-friendly visuals and clear messaging to highlight upcoming experiences, reflect the mall’s energetic atmosphere, and build a sense of excitement and togetherness for families.
