K11 Concepts Limited required a highly immersive, artistic web platform to showcase their exclusive “K11 Experience” programs and luxury retail offerings. As a pioneer of the “museum retail” concept, their digital presence needed to reflect the exact same blend of high art and premium commerce found in their physical malls.

The Challenge
The core challenge lay in merging avant-garde artistic aesthetics with flawless e-commerce usability. A highly specialized approach to ui/ux web design and luxury ecommerce design was required to ensure that the highly creative, interactive visual elements did not disrupt or confuse the user’s purchasing journey.
