For the Carlsberg Asia Regional Conference CLT—a major internal event celebrating regional performance—Carlsberg required a series of specialized video segments to highlight team achievements. The finalized videos successfully created meaningful, high-impact moments that showcased the team’s dedication and collaborative energy. By meeting tight deadlines and client expectations through responsive execution, the project boosted the event atmosphere, internal morale, and brand cohesion, serving as a sincere tribute to the Carlsberg Asia team’s successes.
The project required three specialized video segments: the Chairman’s speech, a high-energy opening video assembled from department-submitted clips across multiple Asian countries, and a celebratory prize-awarding ceremony. The core difficulty lay in operating under an extremely tight timeline while reviewing and processing a massive volume of client-provided footage. We had to quickly identify, match, and edit the most suitable clips to align precisely with detailed requirements, evolving ideas, and frequent feedback, making continuous close collaboration essential.

Footage Review & Client-Driven Selection
Worked directly with client-provided footage from multiple Asian countries, carefully reviewing and selecting relevant clips based on their specific instructions and preferences to ensure the content authentically represented regional contributions and team unity.
Segment Editing & Assembly
Edited the three required segments in close alignment with client guidance: a clean and professional Chairman’s speech presentation; a dynamic opening video featuring a paced compilation of department highlights; and an uplifting prize-awarding ceremony sequence designed to celebrate achievements and energize the audience.
Motion Graphics, Polish & Iteration
Applied motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and smooth transitions to enhance production quality and maintain Carlsberg brand consistency, while iteratively refining edits based on ongoing client feedback to match their exact ideas and adjustments.
Deliverables & Format
Provided finalized video files optimized for conference playback on large screens, internal distribution, and archiving—serving as impactful event highlights and motivational assets for the team.
