Domain Mall sought to comprehensively revamp its social media presence to drive higher foot traffic and engage a younger demographic. They needed an updated digital strategy that showcased their retail tenants, dining options, and lifestyle events in a more modern, interactive light.

The Challenge

The mall’s previous content was overly traditional and static. The challenge was to pivot to a trend-driven, visually engaging social strategy without alienating their existing family-oriented audience. A balanced, highly strategic approach to a digital marketing campaign and social media management was required to broaden their demographic appeal.

Through targeted content strategy HK execution, we developed a modernized social media content calendar featuring interactive graphics, vibrant photography, and engaging promotional visuals.
