About

Renowned Japanese skincare brand ROSETTE needed fresh, aesthetically pleasing social media visuals to boost engagement among younger demographics in the Hong Kong market. They required a visual overhaul that highlighted their product efficacy while making the brand feel modern, trendy, and highly shareable on platforms like Instagram.

The Challenge

The main hurdle was balancing the brand’s established, gentle, and natural Japanese aesthetic with the fast-paced, trend-driven demands of modern social algorithms. A strategic approach to a digital marketing campaign and beauty brand marketing was required to refresh their image without alienating their loyal, long-term customer base.

The Solution

Through targeted social media visuals HK design, a series of soft, pastel-toned social assets were crafted, seamlessly integrating product benefits with highly engaging lifestyle photography.

Our approach to the digital campaign included:

  • Aesthetic Modernization

    We developed a cohesive grid layout featuring soft pastel tones, minimalist Japanese typography, and clean negative space to evoke a sense of purity and skincare efficacy.

  • Product-Centric Lifestyle Shots

    We transitioned away from standard pack-shots, instead staging the products in curated, aesthetic lifestyle environments (like modern bathrooms and vanity setups) to drive desire.

  • Educational Micro-Content

    We designed digestible, visually appealing infographic posts that quickly communicated product ingredients and skincare routines, driving saves and shares from beauty enthusiasts.

The Impact

The visually refreshed digital campaign successfully modernized ROSETTE’s brand perception in Hong Kong, leading to significant increases in organic follower growth, post saves, and community interaction.
