New Balance sought a comprehensive product photography campaign to showcase their latest shoe designs. The resulting series of captivating images successfully brought the products to life, engaging viewers both emotionally and aspirationally. The campaign strengthened brand perception by showcasing the shoes’ versatility across diverse settings, driving greater audience connection and effectively supporting marketing efforts in the competitive athletic footwear space.
The goal was to move beyond standard catalog shots by creating images that told a story for each pair—highlighting functionality, style, versatility, and lifestyle appeal. This required shooting in controlled indoor studio environments as well as challenging outdoor locations such as urban streets, nature trails, and athletic arenas, all while maintaining brand consistency and resonating with active, style-conscious consumers.
A dynamic photography series was delivered, featuring both clean, professional indoor product details under controlled lighting and outdoor shoots that captured real-world contexts to bring the shoes to life—demonstrating their performance in everyday and athletic scenarios. The approach blended aesthetic appeal with strong storytelling, ensuring each image conveyed the brand’s identity of innovation, comfort, and urban/active lifestyle integration.
