K11 required the rapid design and launch of an elegant online ticketing platform within a tight timeline of just one and a half months. The website launched successfully and on time, with the client highly satisfied by the final layout. Through meticulous planning and rapid execution, a smooth ticketing channel was achieved, delivering a luxurious digital experience that reinforced the brand’s reputation for excellence and innovation.
The main challenge was completing the entire process—including finalizing the layout and going live to the public—under extreme time pressure. We had to carry out UI/UX design while simultaneously collaborating with the programming team, ensuring high design accuracy, smooth communication with both developers and the K11 client, and maintaining top-tier quality, functionality, and brand consistency.
