The Hong Kong Tennis Association needed a dynamic, high-performance website for the annual HK Tennis Open. As an internationally recognized sporting event, the platform needed to handle complex ticketing pathways, daily match schedules, and live tournament updates seamlessly.

The Challenge
The website needed to process massive spikes in traffic during the tournament while providing an intuitive, lightning-fast UI for users to access real-time match data on the go. A highly strategic approach to ui/ux web design and event website development was required to balance heavy data integration with a premium sporting aesthetic.

We mapped and streamlined the user journey from landing page to ticket purchase, minimizing clicks and reducing bounce rates during the checkout process.

We designed clear, highly readable data tables and schedule grids that could be easily updated by the backend team to reflect live match results without breaking the frontend layout.
