Taiping Life (HK) Elite Team required a compelling promotional piece for their TET Program. The objective was to attract recent graduates by showcasing the company’s dynamic culture and rewarding career opportunities through vibrant motion graphics.
This project was designed and executed by Chester Yau while employed at Ad Fortune Communications Limited.
The primary challenge was transforming standard corporate recruitment messaging into an inspiring and engaging piece. Taiping Life needed to appeal directly to post-graduation students by highlighting the TET Program’s rewarding career path, supportive work environment, and friendly company culture in a way that felt authentic, approachable, and motivating to young talent.
A vibrant motion graphics video was created, using dynamic animation and engaging storytelling to showcase the program’s benefits and the fulfilling professional journey it offers. The visuals emphasized positivity and growth opportunities, making the career path feel exciting and aspirational.
